These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your registration and use of Horti as a seller. By registering an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
2. Account Review and Approval
New seller accounts are reviewed by our admin team. Your account becomes active once you verify your email address, but individual product listings remain in a pending state until reviewed and approved by admin. We reserve the right to suspend, reject, or terminate any seller account at our discretion, including after approval.
3. Product Listings
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the product information, specifications, images, and pricing you submit. Listings must not be misleading, infringe on third-party rights, or violate any applicable law. We reserve the right to reject, edit, unpublish, or remove any listing at any time without notice.
4. Enquiries and Communication
Customer enquiries received through the platform are routed to our admin team, not directly to sellers. Seller contact details are not publicly displayed unless explicitly permitted. Sellers agree not to attempt to circumvent this process to solicit customers directly outside the platform.
5. Fees and Commission
Where applicable, commission or listing fees will be communicated separately and may be updated from time to time. Continued use of your seller account after a fee change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
6. Data Protection
We process your personal and company data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, solely for the purposes of operating the marketplace, verifying sellers, and facilitating enquiries between customers and our admin team.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to submit fraudulent listings, misrepresent your company or products, upload content you do not have rights to use, or attempt to interfere with the security or normal operation of the platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your seller account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting admin.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably possible. Continued use of your seller account after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
